In 1981, a local dairy cooperative opened this store to provide its members the resources needed to produce quality milk on their farms and to provide a retail outlet to promote their dairy products. Today, the tradition continues! Now locally owned, the store has expanded its product lines and still specializes in preserving the region's dairy heritage.
Clinton County presently ranks #1 in dairy production in the State of Illinois!
